Cancellation by the Customer
  • You can cancel or reschedule your service booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without incurring any cancellation fees.
  • For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply.
  • In cases where the service professional has already been dispatched or is en route to the service location, a cancellation fee of 100% of the service cost may apply.
Cancellation by ESHAKEHAND ECOMMERCE INC.
  • In rare cases where circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling a service, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the appointment. We will make every effort to inform you as soon as possible and provide an alternative solution.
  • In such cases, we will not charge any cancellation fees, and if a payment has already been made, it will be refunded promptly.
Refunds
  • If you are eligible for a refund due to a cancellation, we will process it within 5-7 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method used during the booking process.
  • In case of double payment, you need to mail both payments screenshots on our registered mail ID and then after confirmation we will schedule for refund which will be reflected within 5-7 business days in your bank account
Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may need to reschedule your service appointment.
